Insurance Claims

· Insurance Claim Filing has been streamlined to allow the quick payment of claims by eliminating errors and allowing Insurance staff to file claims with the click of the mouse.

· Electronic Remittance allows staff to post insurance payments electronically. No more opening EOBs from manually posting Insurance Payments. Eliminates data entry errors. What used to take hours or days, now takes minutes.

· Electronic Statements are easily generated with the information that you supply. Patients can receive a clear statement that only gets sent after Insurance has paid.

Reports

· Paperless Reports Quit printing pages of reports that users manually go through and physically cross out the items that they have completed. With Omni’s Working Reports the data is displayed on the screen allowing them to edit each entry from this one screen. Paper Reports can still be printed, however Omni suggests Printing to File or Print to Screen.

· Omni’s Report Writer offers up to the minute real-time cost analysis for your changing office needs.

Coding

· Diagnosis and Procedure codes are easily added to the system while at the same time multiple modifiers can be associated to the hundreds of codes already in place. Collecting Co-pays has been integrated into the Omni Patient Monitor for a fast transaction time. Front of office users collect co pays prior to visit, staff posts charges and the co pays are auto-assigned!
