Omni’s Messaging Tool is a comprehensive and flexible phone call tracking system that provides an integrated solution for phone call logging, tracking and resolution.

Authenticated Omni users can create messages with the Name, Phone Number and Message Details of the call.

Electronically stores the call information inside Omni's database for easy access.

Also includes Additional Comment Boxes for the content  of message.

Users are alerted whenever a call has been placed in their name as soon as they open the Omni Software.
